WIP: Alex Chu of Clazziquai

So I was chatting with a friend on Facebook about the Korean reality variety show We Got Married last night and being a fan of Alex Chu, I thought I'd paint a portrait of him, dedicated to this friend of mine.

This is what I have so far.
Just a basic sketch with some some shadows.
I have just started working on his hair, which I usually do before getting on the details on the face.

The bar on the right is what I always use as my palette for quick picking of the different shades of black/grey/white, but I usuallu end up just using black and white with varying pressures on my tablet pen anyways.

When will this portrait be ready?
I'm not sure myself.
I'll paint it whenever I have the time.
